Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@custommyjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). Include RMA# with returned merchandise.
  3. Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a refund, store credit or exchange as requested.

Refunds or Store Credit

  • You can choose either store credit or refunds for returns - Just let us know your preference when you contact us.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
